Scrollbars in Ubuntu 11++

Here's how one really gets back to the original scrollbars:

sudo bash -c "echo export LIBOVERLAY_SCROLLBAR=0 > /etc/X11/Xsession.d/80overlayscrollbars"

Logout, log back in.
